ISLAMABAD: The Federal Board of Revenue’s (FBR) Collectorate of Customs Enforcement, Quetta, has seized nine non-customs-paid (NCP) vehicles along with smuggled goods valued at approximately Rs121.6 million.
According to an FBR statement issued on December 19, the confiscated items included assorted brands of cigarettes, gutka, Chinese salt and betel nuts, in addition to the NCP vehicles.
The enforcement action was conducted at Rakhni with the assistance of Frontier Corps (North) and Loralai Police. The operation followed credible intelligence and was carried out under directives for strict action against NCP vehicles and smuggled goods.
