Larkana, Pakistan:The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has issued notification S.R.O. 1700(I)/2024, establishing updated fair market values for immovable properties in Larkana District, effective November 1, 2024. This notification supersedes the previous valuation set in S.R.O. 349(I)/2022, dated March 2, 2022.
These updated rates, determined under sub-section (4) of section 68 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001, aim to ensure that property assessments reflect current market conditions, supporting transparency in real estate transactions across Larkana.
