Mandi Bahauddin, Pakistan:The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has issued notification S.R.O. 1703(I)/2024, which establishes new fair market values for residential, commercial, and agricultural immovable properties in Mandi Bahauddin District, effective November 1, 2024. This notification supersedes S.R.O. 1259(I)/2022, dated August 1, 2022.
This revision, carried out under the authority of sub-section (4) of section 68 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001, is designed to reflect current market conditions and improve the accuracy of property valuations in the region.
