Mardan, Pakistan:The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has released notification S.R.O. 1705(I)/2024, establishing revised fair market values for immoveable properties in Mardan. This adjustment, effective November 1, 2024, supersedes the previous notification S.R.O. 353(I)/2022, dated March 2, 2022, under the authority of sub-section (4) of section 68 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001.
The updated valuations apply to residential, commercial, agricultural, and industrial properties across Mardan to better align with current market trends.
