Hafizabad, Pakistan:The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has released Notification S.R.O. 1693(I)/2024, updating the fair market values for immovable properties in District Hafizabad. This notification is issued under the authority of sub-section (4) of section 68 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 (XLIX of 2001), and it supersedes the previous Notification No. S.R.O. 1260(I)/2022 dated August 1, 2022.
This revised valuation is set to take effect on November 1, 2024, aligning property valuations with current market conditions across residential, commercial, and agricultural properties in Hafizabad.
