Narowal, Pakistan:The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has issued a new notification (S.R.O. 1708(I)/2024) establishing revised fair market values for immovable properties in Tehsil Narowal, Tehsil Shakargarh, and Tehsil Zafarwal. Effective November 1, 2024, these updates replace the previous valuation under S.R.O. 357(I)/2022, issued on March 2, 2022.
These changes, enacted under sub-section (4) of section 68 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001, are intended to better align property values with current market rates, promoting transparency in property transactions throughout the Narowal District.
