The Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) has announced a significant increase in its revenue collection, reporting a 24% growth for the month of April in the fiscal year 2024-25.
According to the latest figures released by the SRB, the total revenue collected during April 2025 reached PKR 23,334 million. This marks a substantial rise compared to the PKR 18,836 million collected in the same month of the previous fiscal year, April 2024.
The cumulative revenue collection for the current fiscal year, spanning from July to April, stands at PKR 234,998 million. This represents a robust 27% growth when compared to the PKR 185,257 million collected during the corresponding period of the last fiscal year.
This sustained and substantial growth in revenue collection underscores the SRB’s continued efforts and success in enhancing its fiscal performance and optimizing tax collection mechanisms within the province.
